Is There Such A Thing As a No Credit Check Loan?
Erik and Marsha have been talking with a mortgage loan company. They want to find a home to buy but want to verify their eligibility before the start looking. Erik and Marsha was happy to hear that they qualified for a loan and that they could start looking for their home. The agent told them that it was good that they came in and verified before they looked and that some people actually thought that there were no credit check home loans. He assured them that there was no such thing and everyone that wants a home loan must have a credit check done.
