The name of the weight loss game is portion control. If you can sigificantly reduce your portion sizes of everything you normally eat, on a daily basis, you will lose weight. That’s all you have to do in order to lose weight, really. There is no catch. there is no need to follow some strict, formal diet program. If you are used to eating two eggs and two slices of toast in the morning, have one egg and one slice of toast. If you are used to eating three pieces of chicken at lunch, eat two pices instead. If you drink 2 cans of soda per day, drink only one can. Weight loss is really that easy. However, there is one thing you shouldn’t skimp on, and that is your fruits and your vegetables.
