Vince Delmonte Muscle Building Program
What i like so much about Vince Delmonte’s muscle program is that its based on Full Body routines and 1 single all out set per muscle group of only one compound exercise, and for me 6-7 sets is too much, the goal of Vince’s program is also based on 7 variables: Intensity, Density,Volume,Time,Load, Tempo and Force and the goal is simple to out do your previous workout, what i also like about Vince a lot more is that he has over 200 videos of him live in action so he talks to us by himself, he has interview videos as supposed to Sean who is so isolated we rarely see him in live action.
