Who is Commonly Affected With Gout
When it happens that gout occurs in the most common place which is the big toe joint of the foot that’s then it can be easily diagnosed. Usually gout occurs here in about 75% of cases of gout. Males and at the age of 40 is commonly affected with gout. The big toe joint is obviously becomes red, burning and inflamed and very painful. If the pain is mild, if several joints are affected, if it is not red, hot and swollen and if it is a female under the age of 40, then it is probably not gout. If the symptoms are not typical then other problems need to be considered.
