Facing a new Challenge
Moving from a large house to a small one was quite an upheaval. It was brought about by the last of our children leaving home, and working out that we could trade down and clear any mortgage entirely. No more being a debt slave of the bank. It really appealed to us the more we talked about it. Coupled with a move to a cheaper area, we did not have to go too small. One challenge is the small bathroom. I have to think seriously about small bathroom remodeling and gather as many ideas as possible about using the space to good effect. It’s the only negative we’ve hit so far.
