Bed and Breakfast Maintenance
I have been running a bed and breakfast for the past 2 years. It has paid off as a really good source of income so far. After two years i think it is high time to check on some maintenance issues. We’ll be checking the plumbing, furniture, beds and pillows that have to be changed. We may also have to replace some linens, towels and toilet necessities. Our kitchen is still OK with all equipment working fine. Some dinnerware will have to be replaced too as there have been many broken dishes and serving plates already missing or thrown away. It is important for me to keep my B & B like new all the time.
